Personal Profile:

Lee grew up in the northern central valley of California. Pursuing a career in physical therapy and an active lifestyle, Lee discovered the central coast was a perfect fit. For the last ten years Lee has resided on the central coast, enjoying surfing, horseback riding and running. Goals include continued pursuit of furthering his physical therapy skills and education. Lee's background is in orthopedic physical therapy and specialties include shoulder rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, back and neck pain, temporomandibular joint disorders, vestibular rehabilitation, pregnancy related low back pain, osteoporosis programs, cervicogenic tension headaches, and sports specific injuries. His philosophy towards physical therapy and rehabilitation is to be as effective as possible while making it a positive experience with the least amount of discomfort to the patient.

Personal Profile:

Stella Culver was born in Manila, Philippines before immigrating to the United States in 1972. Stella lived in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to the Central Coast in 1982. She is happily married to Mitchell Culver and has a son(Austin) and a daughter(Jessa). Outside interests include running, cycling, wakeboarding, skiing, traveling, and reading. Stella has completed her Sports Certified Specialty(SCS) program from the American Physical Therapy Association. Her SCS skills will help give back to the community as Stella is actively involved with the local high school's athletic training programs. The treatment philosophy is based on the movement system balance theory, which examines entire human movement patterns versus individual segments. The approach helps to identify faulty mechanics and/or muscle imbalances, which lead to common pain syndromes.

Sarah Stahl, DPT

  • B.S. in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from University of Utah

Personal Profile:

Sarah grew up on the Central Coast and returned after receiving her degree from the University of Utah. Her interests in physical therapy include orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, sports, vestibular, post-breast cancer, and post-amputation rehabilitation. Goals include continued pursuit of furthering her physical therapy skills and education through collaboration and mentorship with experienced colleagues and a variety of continuing education courses.

Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, hiking, camping, rollerblading, painting, spending time with her family, and playing with her rottweiler named Dexter.

Megan, PTA

  • Associate of Science, Physical Therapist Assistant, Institute of Technology

Personal Profile:

Megan was born and raised in the northern Central Valley of California. Megan visited the central coast for a couple months during a school rotation and found the area to be the ideal location for her lifestyle. Megan is passionate about helping her patients reach their goals with an effective and positive experience. Megan's professional goals are in the pursuit of advancing her physical therapy skills.

Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys hiking, working out, and spending time with friends.
